To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 30 days before check-in date. A 50% refund will be given if guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in date.

All cancellations must be made by 11:59 pm in the property’s time zone to fall within the purview of the cancellation policy.
